So many people would drive by and say they really loved my house, how I kept it, how did I do XYZ? I would say it depends on what you have, not a one size fits all answer. Also, I said it was something I enjoyed and I guess a hobby of mine. I retired and wanted to start my own business after seeing so many other businesses that didn’t seem to do a quality job and were on a stopwatch to get to the most jobs done before 5.
